    Good

the cabin was beautiful. scenery was to the max!

the power going out for 6 hours. having to move around a strange cabin in utter darkness was a complete let down, to say the least.

The room was very large and comfortable. We were able to view the beautiful wooded area around the villa while still feeling very secluded and private. They were able to arrange massages in our room and extended our checkout time to accommodate them. A very romantic getaway for our 40th anniversary!

There was a thunderstorm and our power went out around 6:30 or so (clearly not their fault), so we couldn't eat at the restaurant. We drove a short distance into Flagstaff and had a very nice dinner, and the power came back on just after we returned. We had gotten candles just in case. (Still used the candles-very romantic!)

The views from the patio were gorgeous and the running creek water at night, was a huge bonus.

    Fabulous

Would be better if the option existed to pay at the time of booking for oversees travellers rather than paying on arrival. Holiday was more expensive than planned due to the change in exchange rate.

Accommodations were amazing, very well kept. The jaccuzi was perfect for the weather and views were awesome. The complimentary breakfast was very good and the dinner we had at the restraunt was very good as well.

    Very good

Clean and well equipped. Quiet on the creek.

Zero Internet or Cell service. They represented that it had both, online and at front desk. Some units are quite dated, tired. No facilities one would expect such as gym, etc.

    Fabulous

We had #27. It was very nicely decorated and equipped with two bedrooms and a loft. It also had a hot tub which was a nice addition. The location was above the creek facing the cliff's so the view was great and it was very peaceful. A free breakfast was included. Front desk staff was very courteous. Breakfast was good, but service lacked.

We were basically accosted in the parking lot by a lady trying to keep people out of their lot and so were our friends (in their defense Oak Creek Canyon has very limited parking so people tend to try and park any place they can get away with), but really it was no way to great your guests. The staff at the restaurant treated us like" free breakfast people" and lacked in service until they saw a tip on the table. No A/C could have been a problem if it was any hotter.

The cabin was very comfortable. The cabin had everything we needed. A nice place to stay to relax and enjoy Cotton Wood Canyon on the way north from Phoenix. It is eight miles north of Sedona. The staff are very courteous and willing to help in any way. The restaurant had a healthy, well prepared fruit and pancakes.

    Great location

Advertised as a Resort, but it is not one. Outdated room, restrictive property, no daily housekeeping, so-so restaurant, no AC, spotty Wi-Fi

I loved the creek near by, the views from our unit as well as the restaurant . it was a lovely calm place to be.

    The location is amazing

No air conditioning, no pool, no Jacuzzi

    Very good

    Room size. Location.

Unit was outdated. Wall paint was horrible. We weren't able to use outside deck due to ant infestation. I know it's the Forrest but ants had taken over deck. Very disappointed the kids couldn't play outside and we couldn't enjoy meals outside.

Great location in Oak Creek Canyon convenient to Sedona. Right on the creek with a hiking trail along the bank. Grounds are nice and shady. Condos are very large with all conveniences.

The units do not have air conditioning, so be sure to ask for a shaded unit without large windows exposed to the sun if you go at peak temp times. We did not have a problem since we had a unit with others on either side and lots of shade. Others staying there were not happy with heat.
